The search engine like google etc personally would think it only takes few seconds.
The size of spiders spider is program on the search engine that goes threw every forum webpage is can.

It took Google 0.13 seconds to search 8,300,000 webpages. when it indexes it, it usualy takes a look at the html coding that displays the name of the web page at the top of the window.
